Located directly across from the Trillium Wedding Venue, this modern mountain retreat blends professionally designed interiors with sweeping Smoky Mountain scenery. From the moment you walk through the door, large sliding glass doors frame panoramic woodland and valley views, filling the cottage with natural light and an immediate sense of calm.

Access includes a scenic drive up Bluff Mountain with winding roads and breathtaking views along the way. Utopia Way and all parking areas are paved for ease of access. During winter months, four-wheel drive may be recommended.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
